Sport Hall, Oestersund, Sweden
The sports hall in Oestersund comprises six halls of varying sizes plus a hall for weight lifting or table tennis. A dining room and a club room are also included. From spring to summer 2016 the hall was reconstructed and extended at the same time.
The basketball team that has the arena is Jämtland Basket and plays in the highest Swedish division. The arena is owned by the Östersunds Kommun and is also certified for EU National Team matches. The hall with 2,500 seats of course needed a powerful sound installation. Our partner Supersonic in Sweden installed 20 HX-7 Line Arrays together with cardioid subwoofers. The result is more than excellent: STI = 0,83.
