Planning Engineer / Technician (m/w/d)

Location: Hamburg

Your new responsibilities:

• Audio planning of PA systems and voice alarm systems
• Preparation of specifications in GAEB format
• Analysis of external specifications and adaptation to TOA systems
• Speaker placement in architect layouts
• Acoustic simulations on the PC and measurement of SPL and STI values in projects
• Project support and telephone support for customers and colleagues
• Training customers on our system components

Your qualifications:

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in media/electrical engineering or vocational training as a technician
• Ideally, experience in the planning of electroacoustic systems, particularly voice alarm systems, and in sales – pre-sales and post-sales
• Good knowledge of relevant standards for emergency warning systems and voice alarm systems, and ability to read building plans
• Experience with MS Office, EASE (AFMG), AutoCAD (Autodesk), and SAP would be an advantage
• Good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
• Strong customer orientation, communication skills, and presentation abilities
• Results-oriented, structured way of working, and willingness to learn
• Driver's license for manual transmission B/BE
