Your new tasks:

  • Conduct market and trend analyses to identify customer needs and implement solutions
  • Collaborate closely and exchange ideas regularly with international product managers across the EMEA region to define products and specifications
  • Provide guidelines for the development of new products and support the further development and adaptation of existing products in cooperation with our development teams
  • Perform internal product tests according to specifications and operating manuals
  • Coordinate external product testing and certifications (CE, EN54)
  • Support marketing and sales through product training and presentations
  • Develop and implement product strategies as well as market launch concepts in close collaboration with sales and marketing

Your knowledge and experience

  • A degree in engineering, ideally with a focus on audio engineering or electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • Strong technical understanding – ideally complemented by experience in the audio industry
  • Excellent English skills and strong communication abilities for collaboration in international teams
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for innovation in developing new product ideas and features
  • A structured and self-reliant work approach – solution-oriented, committed, and a strong team player
  • Strong analytical skills, decision-making ability, and persuasiveness
